When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Items marked Made-to-Order or Pre-Order follow the production timeline listed on the product page.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $135 CAD.
What if my order includes a made-to-order item?
Orders containing made-to-order pieces will ship once all items are complete.
If you need ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
How long does delivery take?
Canada
• Local (West Kelowna): 1–2 business days
• British Columbia: 2–3 business days
• National: 4–9 business days
United States
• 4–8 business days depending on location
International (UK)
• 6–10 business days

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the United States and the UK.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties or customs fees, depending on your country.
USA shipments are shipped “Duties Pre Paid” via Chit-Chats.
