Pre-Order Process
Each piece can take 4 to 6 weeks to create before your parcel is ready to be shipped. Unless otherwise stated, we appreciate your patience and please send us an e-mail if you would like an update on your order!
Pricing
Pieces can vary in price. Each piece is personally designed and quality sourced. The time and energy invested into creating each piece is valuable. You will be able to view pricing prior to purchase.
Customs and Wholesale
I do not currently offer customs.
Unfortunately I do not offer wholesale.
Shipping
- Every piece is shipped expedited or letter mail at buyers own risk. When an item is shipped ‘letter mail’ proof of parcel drop off is sent but when it has left my home I am not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. I am also not responsible for the time it takes for your package to arrive. Thank you for understanding.
- All items are packaged carefully and shipped with Canada Post or UPS.
- Canada and US shipping only at this time.
Refunds
Generally refunds and cancellations are not accepted. If your circumstance requires my attention please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail. I would be happy to help!
