Woolly Bear Jewelry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides handmade jewelry and related products through our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Shipping Policies.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order pieces require 5–7 business days for production. If your order includes both ready-made and made-to-order items, they will be shipped together once the made-to-order item is complete. If you need ready-made items sooner, please place a separate order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via Canada Post and UPS, with tracking provided on all orders. Estimated shipping times are available on our website but are not guaranteed. Woolly Bear Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and non-custom items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product designs, images, text, and branding—is the property of Woolly Bear Jewelry and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through purchases or inquiries is kept confidential and used only to process orders or respond to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Woolly Bear Jewelry is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Our jewelry is handmade and may contain small parts; they are not toys and should be kept out of reach of small children.
