We take great pride in creating handmade, meaningful jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at woollybeardesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions from there.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
